Everest Base Camp trekking for 12 days is one of the most famous trek in the world. We follow the Dudh Koshi River before the hard work begins as we climb up to Namche Bazar. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2,800m.) then trek to Phakding (2,652m.)
Trek Distance: 35 minute Flight, 8km approximately; Average Time: 3hours
Day 03: Phakding – Namche Bazar (3,440m.).
Trek Distance: 13km approximately; Average Time: 5-6hours
Day 04: Acclimatization, hiking to Everest View Hotel (3,790m.)
Trek Distance: 6km approximately; Average Time: 2.5-3hours
Day 05: Namche Bazar – Tengboche (3,867m.)
Trek Distance: 8km approximately; Average Time: 5-6hours
Day 06: Tengboche – Dingboche (4,260m.)
Trek Distance: 9km approximately; Average Time: 5-6hours
Day 07: Dingboche – Lobuche (4,910m.)

Day 08: Trek to Gorakshep (5,288m.) Explore Everest Base Camp (5,357m.)
Trek Distance: 18km approximately; Average Time: 8-10hours.
Day 09: Morning hiking to Kala Pattar (5,545m.) and return to Labuche.
Trek Distance: 8km. approximately, Average Time: 7hrs.
Day 10: Lobuche – Pangboche (3,985m.) or Tengboche.
Trek Distance: 11km Approximately; Average Time: 7hours
Day 11: Pangboche – Namche Bazar.
Trek Distance: 9km Approximately; Average Time: 7hours
Day 12: Namche Bazar – Lukla (2,800m.) and transfer to Teahouse Lodge.
Trek Distance: 10km Approximately; Average Time: 7-8hours
Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu and transfers to Hotel.
Day 14: Kathmandu free.
Day 15: Last minute, transfer to Airport for your onward journey.

TEA-HOUSE LODGE TREK COST INCLUDES:

  • 3 Night’s hotel accommodation in Kathmandu at Bed & Breakfast basis.
  • 3 Major meals; B/L/D (by Lodge menu) and accommodation at best available teahouse lodge during the trek en-route.
  • 1 English speaking trekking guide and necessary Porter. (1 Porter between 2 member)
  • Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.

Equipment for this trip.

The following gives you a general idea of the trekking equipment and clothing needed for this trek.

This is a porter-supported trek. Two clients share one porter. We will supply you a trek duffel bag where you keep your heavy items and this bag is carried by the porter. You will need to bring your own daypack to be carried by you. In the daypack, you can put money, important documents, water bottle/bladder, camera, toiletries, sunscreen, notebook, etc.

The weight limit for the porter is 30 kg or 66 pounds. 15 kg or 33 pounds for each client. So, we recommend you to pack as carefully as you can and not exceed the weight limit. You can leave your non-trekking stuff at the locker facility in the Kathmandu hotel.

Note: Tight fitting, figure-hugging clothing such as those made with Lycra can often be offensive to locals, especially to women. If you find these items comfortable as a base layer, please pack something to wear on top of them.
