Sun Kosi River 8-10 day trip
Alternatively sun kosi means the orange colored water in the monsoon when it is thick with alluvial silt. The other way means 'River of gold' perhaps it derives after the gold that is sometimes panned from the river gravels, it is joined by the Bote Kosi just downstream from Barabise. The river has risen near Tibet; most raft trips start below here at Dolalghat.

Kali Gandaki River 3 day trip
Rises from mustang, a most holiest name of Himalayan rivers, a flat and braided river, an enclave of Nepal poking into Tibet on the other side of the Himalaya, flowing in an arid open valley. It has flown with the deepest gorges in the world, at Kalopani the river drops off the roof of the world. This gorge is one of the ancient trading routes through to Tibet and is now a favorite route for trekkers.

Bhote Kosi River 2 day trip
There are quite a lot of rivers with this name in Nepal. A rough translation means " river from Tibet" Bhote kosi is the main branch of the Sun kosi and it has been descended by kayak from near the Tibetan border at kodari. The river is followed by the Arniko Highway from ktm to Lhasa, so access and scouting are relatively easy. The upper valley above Bahrabise is impressively narrow with steep hillsides shooting up over 2000 m from the river, and there are some dramatic and scenic gorges down at river level.
Bhote kosi is probably the most exciting short rafting trip in Nepal and has been variously described as - "like a pin - ball machine and you're the ball" ' like being flushed down an open air toilet" if you're into fun, challenge, intense physical activity, and non stop action then this could be you. It makes a great climax for any team who has just finished a longer multi- day trip and want to continue the adrenaline high that white water induces.

Seti River 2 day trip
The seti khola derives from the snow fed melted off Machapuchre, Annapurna III, and Annapurna IV to the next valley cast of the Modi Khola. A fantastic little paddle makes convenient to Pokhara for sharpening up your Kayaking skills. Upstream is a magnificent mountain valley, but our recommended run starts at the confluence with the Modi Khola. The 'jungle corridor' is so beautiful with white beaches by warm Blue River, completely away from roads, villages and civilization. That it makes a great place to laze or camp.

Trishuli River 1- 2 day
From the womb of Northern Himalayas it flows down through the impressive gorges, the most popular rafting river in Nepal. It has moderate white water, a few exciting rapids and some easier sections, all easily accessible from Kathamndu to Pokhara, popular also with kayakers as an easy access 'play river' and as a warm up for big water. The god Shiva drove his trident into the ground to create three springs - the source of the river and hence its name Trisuli. The legend says that high in the Himalayan at Gosaikund, By Betrawati the gradient has eased and after this it becomes a more mature and powerful river, which later adds many other major rivers to its flow.
