Mt. Kailash Tour

Mt. Kailash tour is amazing and challenging trip to the holy lake Manasarovar and Holy Mt.Kailash in Tibet.Mount kailash and Manasarovar Lake are the spectacular desnation for pilgrim & adventure travellers.This is a very remote part of Tibet ,that is  reachable after four days of continuous drive across the vast Tibetan plateau or after a week of interesting trek from Simikot in western Nepal.
At the end of the drive we reach  a  extremely beautiful  turquoise  lake with the floating swans and a spectacular mount Kailash view .For hindus Mt Kailash is belive the abode of  Lord Shiva . Manasarovar Lake  and Mt Kailash has relogious significance for Hindus and Buddhists.Four great rivers originate from Lake manasarovar – the Indus , Karnali, Bramhaputra and the Sutlej.

Mt Kailash has 6741 m hight and a mountain where has four sheer walls and snow capped top .The 53 km periphery is the trail for circumambulation around this holy mountain and takes 3 day for Kora starts at Darchen.  After the Kora we drive back to Kathmandu or head for Lhasa for the extended Tibet tour. En

route can enjoy great view of world's highest mountains, meet the nomad sheep herders  and enjoy  the unique beauty of Tibetan desert . During the trip we provide 4WD jeep and belongings are carried on trucks .During the trip sleep will in guest houses wherever possible and in tented  camps at other places .Food is cooked by our camp cook.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu, O/N Hotel BB basis
Day 02: Necessary preparation for trekking permit & Tibet visa, O/N Hotel BB basis
Day 03: Kathmandu to Nyalam (3750m)
Day 04: Rest at Nyalam
Day 05: Nyalam -Saga (4600m)- 270km
Day 06: Saga -Paryang (4540m)- 252km
Day 07: Parayang to Lake Manasarovar (Chiu Gomba) - (4550 m.) - 294km
Day 08: Lake Manasarovar Rest
Day 09: Lake Manasarovar -Darchen (4520m)
Day 10: Drive to Darboche and commence trek to Dera Phuk Gomba (4860m). O/N camp
Day 11: Cross Dolma-La (5600 m.) and trek down to Zutul Phuk Gomba (4760m). O/N camp
Day 12: Drive to Horaa Chu(4500m)
Day 13: Horaa Chu - Parayang
Day 14: Paryang -Saga (4600m)
Day 15: Saga - Nyalam (3750m)
Day 16: Nyalam -Zhang-Mu and drive back to Kathmandu - transfer to hotel.
Day 17: International depature.

Visas and documentation
You must be in possession of a valid passport. We obtain your visa for Tibet, and will require the following information when making your reservation: full name, date of expiry, place of issue, nationality, date of birth, sex and occupation. Two passport size photographs are also required. Additionally you must allow three full working days in Kathmandu for the visa to be fiscally stamped in your passport. A 30 day's visa for Nepal can be obtained from all Nepalese Embassies abroad or upon your arrival in Kathmandu airport in US$ 30.00.
